Jingle Bell Jog 5K & Children's Fun Run

Runners and walkers of all levels and ages are invited to participate in the 8th Annual Jingle Bell Jog 5K & Children’s Fun Run on Saturday, December 7th. Ugly Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, elf ears – anything that sparkles and jingles is highly encouraged! The first 200 children (12 and under) will receive a swag bag. Light snacks are included the morning of the race starting at 8:00 am. Come run, walk and be merry! No pets please. TIME: The 5K will begin at 9:00 am, the Children’s Fun Run will start at 10:00 am. The race will be chip-timed. COURSE: The 5K course begins & finishes inside the Botanical Garden and is out & back along Lake Fayetteville Trail and the Razorback Greenway. The Children’s Fun Run takes place inside the garden. Ages 4 & under ~ 1/2 mile (4 laps) around Great Lawn circle. Ages 5 & over ~ 1 mile on the garden’s paved and dirt trail. COST: Jingle Bell Jog 5K Run/Walk | All Ages | $30 $35 after 11/15/2019 and $40 the day of the race Children’s Fun Run | Under age 12 | $15 $20 after 11/15/2019 5K TEAM of 5 | All Ages | $120 Run with 4 friends. (5 registrants per group) All race finishers will receive a finisher medal. Awards will also be handed out to the fastest runners in each age group. Proceeds support the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks’ mission to provide education, entertainment and recreation for the over 80,000 visitors and students who visit the garden each year.
