Mission: Shared Beginnings was founded to protect, serve and support moms who are looking to secure their child's future through adoption as well as build a better future for themselves.
About: Shared Beginnings was incorporated in April 2018. Started out of the personal adoption experience of executive Director Michaela Montie's family, she identified throughout their adoption journey that her son's birth mother lacked the necessary counseling, support and life skills to build a better future for herself and her family.
Services: Meeting basic needs, Advocacy, Life Skills education, Preventative Care and Family Support.
Volunteer Opportunities: Become an Advocate, Office support (mowing lawn, answering phones, weekly cleaning, etc.), Teach a Life Skills class
